Your role in making a difference
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in promoting and preserving the health and well-being of our clients. This position is a part-time permanent position, where you will provide comprehensive nursing support to our clients, along with the following responsibilities:
Utilize your clinical expertise to address a wide array of medical needs.
Assess the health and well-being of clients and provide guidance and support to non-clinical colleagues.
Offer clinical consultation and support to the Community Services team to promote optimal client health and wellness.
Strive for positive outcomes for clients, collaborating with them and their support networks, including families and healthcare professionals, to advocate within the healthcare system.
Serve as the senior clinical presence on shift, guiding a team of Enrolled Nurses and Support Workers to provide top-quality clinical care to clients.

Qualifications we are seeking:
If you are selected through the recruitment process, we will require the following to proceed:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of consulting with a diverse audience.
Nationally Accredited First Aid Certificate (resuscitation component).
National Police Clearance (valid within the last 6 months).
Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
NDIS Worker Screening check.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory)
Experience with PEG Feeding and Management.
Proficiency in Tracheostomy Care.
Competence in Ventilator Management.
Experience in Palliative Care.
